Delivery is one of the most important things before placing orders. If you don't know how to choose the best mode of transportation at your first import, please refer to our suggestions below.

In order to offer you our best suggestions of delivery, please send us a purchase order with your destination port and airport, we will advise the most suitable and most cost-effective mode of transportation according to the size of your order, packaging details (package size, gross weight, and product safety) and your country or region. Of course, you can also choose your own favorite mode of transportation. We do not add excessive margins on the freight charges unlike many of our competitors.

There are Some commonly used delivery terms, such as FOB, CFR, CIF, EXW, DDU, DDP.

If the order is less than one cubic meter, we quote EXW prices, in theory, customers are required to come to our factory to pick up the goods, but in reality, most of the time we send it to the location designated by the customer with delivery cost prepaid or collection. In this situation, we will advise customers to choose couriers, like DHL, FedEx, TNT, UPS, and EMS. If the package is light and large, sending EMS is usually cheaper, but if the package is heavy and small, it may be cheaper to send the above four international expresses. Anyway, we will compare the multiple couriers for our customer to make final confirmation.

If the order is more than one cubic meter and less than 3 cubic meters, we take EXW, if the customer requests us to arrange delivery for them, in our experience, we will advise them to choose air transportation or door to door by sea (DDU or DDP), the shipping time is longer, but the cost is much lower than couriers.

If the order is more than 3 CBM, especially for full container orders, we may take CFR or CIF, which means that the freight is included. We will ship the goods to the port of destination, and the customer should clear customs, pay destination port fees and customs duties, and finally pick up the goods. Since the freight is different every day, we can only offer a freight quote before ordering for customer reference, and one week before the order is finished, we will inform the customer for booking the shipping space, customer can specify their preferred shipping company, we get the freight cost for them. If there is no special designation, we will select one or two most suitable, safe, and cheapest for customer choice.

For FOB terms, that means the seller should send the goods to the buyer's named loading port, when the goods pass the ship's rail at the time of loading, the risk is transferred from the seller to the buyer. In these terms, the customer always has their own freight forwarder.  

For domestic orders more than 20 cbm, we can offer free delivery, our standard delivery service is to the ground floor only. It is your responsibility to notify us in advance if delivery is to a higher or lower level, as this may well incur additional fees.

Please note it may not be possible for us to deliver to some locations, such as countries under sanctions, countries at war, etc.
