Terms and Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed in our factory, showroom, Alibaba store, or by telephone; Placing an order in this way indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully and if you have doubts please contact us freely.

Sales Contract

1. The descriptions of materials, illustrations, packing method, packing size, net weight, the gross weight made or given by Espada in relation to goods are by way of general description and approximate only, which can be slightly changeable.

2. The invoice prices are not inclusive of VAT. If the price published for the goods is wrong due to an error or omission we're not obliged to sell the product at the incorrect price. Instead, we will inform you of the correct price and you can decide to keep it or replace it with other items.

3. Any typographical or other accidental error in any product description, illustration, particular, quotation, order acceptance, or another document shall be subject to correction without any liability.

4. We offer a two-year warranty for all orders. If your purchased items develop a manufacturing fault or material defects within 2 years of the date of delivery we shall either replace or repair them as we deem most appropriate. A refund is calculated on a pro-rata basis. This guarantee specifically excludes faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse and general wear and tear, and lamps used in an unsuitable environment.

5. Comply with Australian, American, British, European, or international standards;

6. Espada Light reserves the right to change the instructions without prior notification or public announcement.

7. Unless agreed in writing, all quotations issued by Espada are valid for one month from the day on which the quotation was issued.

Delivery terms

1. We always take FOB, CFR, CIF trade terms for FCL orders. While EXW for sample order and LCL order, in this way, you can pick up the goods from our factory or we send the goods to your named place with delivery cost prepaid or collection.

2. DDP and DDU are acceptable, especially for small orders that send via express.

3. The title in Goods will only pass to the Buyer upon cleared full payment of the price and on delivery of the Goods to the Delivery Address. Risk in any Goods passes to the Buyer on delivery of those Goods to the Delivery Address.

4. It is the Buyer's responsibility to examine the packaging and Goods very carefully for any damage, immediately upon collection. If there is any damage at all, for example, packaging shows signs of being torn or squashed, the Buyer must notify us on the day it collects the Goods or receives them from the third party carrier.

5. We are not responsible for the delays in delivery due to force majeure factors such as workers' strikes, shortage of raw materials, and natural disasters.

Payment terms

1. Wire Transfer (T/T). is available for all orders. For full container load order (FCL), we usually take 30% as a deposit and the balance before delivery. We will send the detailed inspection pictures for customer confirmation after the order is finished. While full payment is taken for less than container load order (LCL) or sample order.

2. Irrevocable L/C at sight. This payment method is only used when the order value is more than US$30,000.00.

3. By cash. This is widely used by domestic customers or foreign customers who live in China. They always visit our showroom and place the order directly when they have some interesting items.

4. Via Paypal. For sample orders or LCL orders that in small value, we accept payment via Paypal.

5. By credit card. This can be only used for orders placed on our Alibaba store.
