Description of Mid-century Modern AJ Floor lamp

Arne Jacobsen is a world-famous Danish modernistic architect and designer. Over the years, he ventured into various fields related to his work such as lighting, furniture. Jacobsen’s work remains appealing and fresh today, combining free-form sculptural shapes with the traditional attributes of Scandinavian design, material, and structural integrity. The AJ Floor Lamp was designed by Arne Jacobsen in 1960 for the SAS Royal Hotel in Copenhagen. The timeless AJ Floor Lamp has a sculptural design that consists of basic geometric forms of a cone-shaped shade with a simple cylinder socket. The fixture emits downward directed light. It is perfect for reading as well as general lighting. Available in standard black and white colors, we also make multi-colors as grey,  blue, yellow, green, red, cream.
